Payment?
Cash or good check before truck leaves.
Cost of delivery
Price includes first ten miles.
Cost per mile after that is :
- $4.25 – fifth wheel,
- $6.00 – semi load
- $7.00 – double semi load.
Maximum distance for delivery?
We ask if you live over 60 miles away that you ask the trucker before the auction if he is willing to go the distance.
Can I order buy?
Yes you can call us. We stream the auction live on Facebook. Due to the delay we only take bid when you call us. 1% will be charged for company order buying
Do you know what is coming in?
When we get information about the hay, you’ll find it on our Facebook site.

Do I have to sign up before?
You can call Sebastian (605) 572 1434 and let him know what you’re bringing in.
You don’t have to consign your hay before the auction. Although if you consign your hay we can post your hay or straw on our Facebook page.
Sold by the ton
On hay we need a scale weigh ticket as the hay is sold by the ton.
How much money do I get trucking?
The first 10 miles of delivery to buyer is free included. After that you’ll get the following per loaded mile:
- $4.25 – fifth wheel,
- $6.00 – semi load
- $7.00 – double semi load.
Sign in
You will be given sheet of paper to fill out at arrival. Keep it and a copy of scale ticket with the load of hay. Display paper and scale ticket on your load so people can see weight of load and what cutting it is etc.
When and how do I get payed?
We write the invoices for the buyers first and collect the payment. Afterwards we will write checks for the seller / trucker.
Checks will be ready after 3:30 pm on sale day to be picked up or will be sent to you.
